I created an image with the letter D:
I created this by collecting images from the internet and then putting effects on them and cropping them.
I then created my final A-Z of Portsmouth:

Multiple Shape Tool
I created this by selecting a shape and pressing a button on the keyboard to create loads of shapes.
Using Mesh Tool
To create this i made 4 rectangles, placed them together and then i selected the group option so that I could not accidentally move them. I then copied it and created another one to edit.
For the second box, i selected 'Object"and selected "Envelope Distort" and then finally selected "Make With Mesh". I then used other tools to move the box into different shaped. From left to right, i used the Rotation tool, then the rescaling tool and then the twirl tool to make the different shapes out of the box.

Juice Squad Logos
I found an image off google of what i wanted to be the base for the logo.
I dragged it into the Adobe Illustrator program.
I then double clicked on the image so that i could delete the white colour around it, so that I would be left with just the image i wanted.
This is the image with no white around it so that when i click onto the image, i won't have a white box around it, i will just have the colours i want in the image.
I then dragged the image into the page on Adobe Illustrator i already had open so i could work on the image there.
I added some text onto it by drawing a line in the strawberry image with the pencil tool, clicked on the text tool and then with the text tool click on the line that has been draw so i could write my text.
I added another bit of text by doing the same thing.
I copied and paster the text so that i could edit one of them.
I changed the colour of the text to white and changed the width of it so it was bigger.
I then clicked on effects, stylise and changed the drop shadow so that my white text will stand out.
I then put my black text over the white text to make it stand out more.

Duffy Partners
This is the work of Duffy Partners. I think the top image was created on a computer, but i think the bottom image was drawn and then put onto the computer to edit it. I like the style of this work because it has many different details to look at, but it is also simple. This work could influence me because the work in itself, looks like it is detailed but it has no colour and because it looks like it is drawn, i think it looks really interesting.
David Carson
This is the work os David carson. His work really interests me because the images i have used are quite different. The top image looks like it is a photography which has been drawn over and the they added text and effects. I think he found inspiration from taking a photo and then drawing it, putting it on the computer to then add text and effects whilst also colouring it in. The bottom image, i think he has just crated that one on the computer, with no drawings. I like his work because it is different to what i have seen because because he looks like he draws it and then edits some parts. This could influence my work because i like all of the different effects and i would like to use that in my work.
Turner Duckworth
This is the work of Turner Duckworth. I think he made this by taking a picture of the product and then editing it in the computer, adding text and colouring it. I really like how he has made the jars of jam look like the bottom of the fruit, and how detailed it is. The colours are quite subtle which makes the product stand out more than it originally would. I think this could influence my work because it is simple, yet effective, which could b a good thing to bare in mind when creating my 'squad'. His work has a quality which i have not seen much. I like this work because it looks like it is mainly photography based and then he has edited t, which appeals to me, since i am a photographer.
Emma Dibben
This is some of the work created by Emma Dibben. I think it really stands out because it looks like it is hand drawn and then put on the computer to be coloured. I like the style because it looks quite rough, the lines are not perfectly strait and the curves of the images and the typography are not smooth, which makes the image look more interesting because it looks more personal. I think when i design my 'squad' for my projct, her work could really influence me because it shows that not everything as to be perfect to look good. I quite like the look of her work so i will try and do some of my work in the style of her.
Alan Kitching
These are a couple of example of Alan Kitching's work. I think that his work is created digitally because most of his work is just text, with different fonts, colours and effects. I like this style of work because the different effects on the text are eye catching, and even though the work is not packed full of detail it is effective. I think this could influence my work because his work shows that something can stand out without being all detailed. I think his work could really influence my logo because it is bold and full of colour.

Fact animation
I created this in photo shop. I started by uploading the images and text i wanted on to a new page, i then started to create the animation and put the text and images on different pages. To make it then fade into each other I tweened each of them with 10 frames in between.
Google Animation 2
I created this in photo shop by copying all of the different subject from my original design in Adobe Illustrator and tweened then do they fade in individually with 10 frames in between them.
Google Animation
I created this in photo shop and i animated the image so all of the separate objects at letter come into the frame at different times by tweening them together.
